I have had an interest in jewellery for a while, in particular rings, as a holiday project a friend and I researched jewelry design and the process of making rings and thought we’d give it a go ourselves. We purchased some stones and started with a simple design, making it in rhino and then sent it off to be printed and cast before attempting to finish it off ourselves, learning a lot as we went. Unfortunately, this project got put on hold with our honours projects taking priority but we hope to try again having learnt from the first attempt sometime soon.
